A yummy, yummy cake I’ve been making quite a bit lately. I thought I’d share it with you.

Find the recipe at  Vegan Yum Yum {it’s called apple pie coffee cake on the site, tea cake must be an Australian/English thing}.

P.S. very little washing up with this one! Yay!

    I’ll give it a try on the weekend. Looks very yummy but a long walk needed afterwards.
